Shipping policy

At Lullique, we aim to make delivery easy, reliable and comfortable for parents across Lebanon.

Since your orders are prepared with love and care, please allow one week for your orders to be packed and delivered. A standard delivery fee of $4 will be applied. Orders above $50 are eligible for free delivery.

If an incorrect address is provided, we will contact you to update it. A second delivery fee may apply.

Delays may occur due to ( but are not limited to) : weather, high courier volume, or if your location is in remote areas. However we promise to do our best if delays happen.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours using photos or videos and we will quickly arrange for a replacement.

If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a replacement.
