We promise to deliver a little peace of mind with every purchase.

At Lullique, we know that caring for little ones means needing products you can rely on. Because our products are designed for newborns and toddlers, and because hygiene and safety always come first, we have made our return process as simple and transparent as possible.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any items once purchased. This ensures the safety, hygiene and integrity of baby-related products.

Exchange Policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours using photos or videos) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If the issue is on our side (incorrect, defective or damaged product), return shipping is free. If it's simply a change-of-mind exchange, then shipping fees are the customers responsibility. 

You can request an exchange if :

  1. Your item arrived damaged or defective
  2. You received the wrong product or color
  3. The item is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging
  4. You have a receipt or proof of purchase

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange of items on sale.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

Kindly note that, for hygiene and safety purposes, some baby essentials may not be eligible for return once opened.

Nursing Cushions:

Due to close skin contact, nursing cushions can only be returned if unopened and unused, with original packaging intact. If the cushion arrived damaged or torn, we will replace it at no cost.

Loveys (soft toys & comforters):

Loveys are safety-sensitive items for babies. For this reason, they can only be returned if unopened and in original packaging. If the lovey arrived damaged, defective, or without sound (if applicable), we will happily send a replacement.

Sleeping Bags:

Sleeping bags can be returned if they are unused, unwashed, and still in intact packaging. If stitching or materials arrive faulty, we will replace them immediately.

Baby Crawling Knee Pads:

These may be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, and still in intact packaging. If the silicon drawings are defective on arrival, replacements are offered.

Crib Organizers:

Hanging crib organizers may be returned if they are unused, still in intact packaging, and all straps/loops are still attached. If the organizer arrived with fabric defects, loose seams or missing pockets, we will gladly replace it.
